I’m part of the Glenn family which includes Martin and Alisa. I’ve worked in hospital labs for over 25 years as a Medical Technologist and then the next 20 years in pharmaceutical companies (Roche & AbbVie) managing laboratory data collected during clinical trials. I love training, documentation, auditing, data review and process improvement. My role is strictly administrative. My first project is to investigate and resolve open claims in EF Recovery and train staff to collect all the necessary information at the time of the call.
