Cmc safety notice for swivel pulleys has been issued. I have reviewed our pulleys and they are good. With this being said, they need to be checked post use. As it with all of our equipment, if it is on the vehicles for use it is considered "In Service".
Everyone that is Rope Ops or tech please make sure you have a grasp of what to look for on a weekly/monthly check of this equipment. It is imperative that no equipment be on our rigs that may be considered out of service.
